What would a web site be without a FAQ?  I don’t know and
 I don’t want to find out - so here’s a Purse Stuff FAQ.

How do I place an order?  You are welcome to use the shopping cart or you can call or email me with your order, whichever you prefer.
How do I pay for my order?    I accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover; credit cards.  You can use these on the shopping cart.  Let me know if you prefer to pay by check.  I will email you with my mailing address so you can send your payment.  You are also welcome to call me and give me your credit card information over the phone.  Whatever works for you is fine with me.
How long does it take to get my order?   Allow 7 to 10 business days for production and delivery of your order.   If you have a rush (gift, leaving town, etc) let me know.  There is a place for you to write me a note when you check out with the shopping cart.  Let me know if this is a rush order.  I will send you an email the day I ship your order.
How much is shipping fees?    Prices include shipping. There is no additional charge for shipping when you place an order via email or phone from this web site.
What about state sales tax?   Sales Taxes, when applicable, are paid by Purse Stuff.  There is no additional charge to you for sales taxes.
Do you have more fabrics in the Studio?    Yes, Sure I do. I have over 750 different fabrics in the Studio. If you don’t see what you want here in the web site, just let me know.  
What do you mean, the fabric is out of stock?  Fabric is in limited supply. If you have purchased a product and want more items in that fabric, you should let me know right away.  When it’s gone - it’s gone.  I can hold a fabric for you for 10 days, pending your order.
How do you ship my order?   I ship first class mail, via United States Postal Service (USPS)
What is the Purse Stuff guarantee?  Contact me within 10 days of receipt of your order. You have the option of a full refund or ordering a different product...your choice.  Refund is issued when return product is received.
Is the Purse Stuff Studio open to the public?  No, my Studio is not open to the public.
Do other people help you in your business?   My husband, Al, helps me.   His gentle spirit and keen sense of  humor keep me going.  If you’ve visited us at one of our shows, you’ve probably met Al.  I design and create all products in the Purse Stuff collection.
